Race for medals still on

So what, if the quest for medals is over now for Women’s team! Indian women’s team is now among top four teams in the world. Women’s team spirit is condemnable and performance of Gurjeet Kaur and Vandana Kataria were simply amazing. Their struggle to win the match was clearly visible against the Great Britain’s team.

The 3-4 result itself speaks a lot about their performance. So, as the social media came out for their support, they should now prepare for Paris Olympics.

Although, Indian players missed two great opportunities to win medals including one in wrestling Gold, chances are still there to add more medals in the kitty as Bajrang Punia’s entry into wrestling semi-final and performance of Indian player in golf keeps hope alive to add more medals and better ranking for India in Tokyo Olympic despite the fact Ravi Dahia has missed golden chance to clinch a gold medal in the Olympics. But a lot of developments are still to take place.
