Mirabai Chanu wins 1st Olympic medal

Saikhom Mirabai Chanu clinched first medal for India in Tokyo Olympic. She won a silver medal in 49 kg women’s category.

Mirabai Chanu has also won several medals in World Championship and Commonwealth Games. She has also conferred with Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award and Padama Shri.
